1. Shipping Carrier
We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery of your order. The carrier used for your shipment depends on factors such as the delivery location and package type.
We are responsible for printing and shipping your orders on time. However, delays may occur due to holidays, extreme weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to assist you in such cases.
2. Business Days
A business day is any day except:
- Saturday or Sunday
- Federal legal holidays
- Days when banking institutions are closed by law or government action
3. Processing Time
We require 3-5 business days to process your order before shipping. Processing times may vary based on product type.
4. Expected Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is 12-17 business days after processing. However, actual delivery times may vary due to holidays, carrier delays, or other factors.
All shipments include a tracking link, which you can use to check your order status at any time.
5. Shipping Fees
We offer standard shipping for all orders at a flat rate of $5.99.
6. Shipping Locations
We only ship within the U.S. and do not ship to APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
8. Lost or Delayed Orders
If your package is lost in transit, you must submit a claim within 4 days of the estimated delivery date. We will reprint and ship a replacement order at no additional cost.
If tracking shows your order was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us immediately. We recommend checking with your local post office and following the non-delivery steps for faster assistance.
9. Incorrect Shipping Address
If the shipping address provided is incorrect, you are responsible for any additional shipping fees. If the package is returned to us, we will notify you and offer the option to reship it.
Re-shipping fees:
- $7 per item (U.S. orders)
If the package is not returned to us, you will need to place a new order.
10. Returned to Sender
Orders may be returned to us due to:
- Incorrect or undeliverable addresses
- Unclaimed packages
- Refused or returned shipments
If your order is returned, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. Additional shipping fees will apply.
11. Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please check:
- If the package was left in a secure area (e.g., front porch, back door, with a neighbor)
- Any delivery notes from the carrier

12. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please send a photo of the damaged item to support@teemirafive.com. We will offer a replacement or refund.
