At Teemirafive.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges Due to the nature of our products (custom, personalized, and made-on-demand items), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Significantly different from the order (including wrong color, wrong size, or a visible printing defect)

Once your order goes into production, you acknowledge and agree that you cannot amend or cancel the order. This policy ensures efficient processing and minimizes errors.

Return & Exchange Validity Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, your rights to return or exchange will be considered forfeited.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If none of these conditions are met, we regret that we cannot process any returns or exchanges, regardless of whether the item is sent back to us.

Return & Exchange Procedure If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@teemirafive.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include:
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the defective or incorrect item
  2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide a return label.
  3. Securely package the item in its original packaging and include the completed return form.
  4. Attach the shipping label provided (ensure the barcode is visible) and ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

If the issue is due to an incorrect order, damage during shipping, or a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3-10 business days.
  • If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

Non-Refundable Items Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
